Mark is the Head of Training & Development at Prospero Group and Product Lead for Prospero Learning. Prior to joining Prospero, he worked as a Deputy Headteacher in a secondary school, where he held leadership responsibility across a range of areas.
During his time in education, Mark led on pastoral care, inclusion, safeguarding, and digital strategy. He has also contributed to Department for Education (DfE) projects and served as a member of a DfE Advisory Board focused on digital technologies and innovation. Mark is also a governor at a secondary school in Hertfordshire.
