Develop an awareness of your roles and responsibilities in fire prevention and management
Understand the need for fire training, drills and instruction
Identify the causes and consequences of fire and the impact fire can have
Develop a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Marshal in maintaining fire safety and supporting safe evacuation procedures in the workplace
Confidently carry out Fire Marshal duties, including emergency response, coordination, and communication in line with organisational fire safety arrangements
